Rates
$125 per 50-minute session $180 per 90-minute session
Insurance
I accept payment from a variety of insurance programs, including Aetna, Beacon, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Magellan. I am happy to check with your insurance company to find out what coverage you may have if you see me. I also accept payment using Health Savings Account debit cards.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
